We'll probably persevere through the decision tree until we find that elusive unicorn, retracing our steps from the other good and bad endings arrived at through the author's random whims. Even this modernised revision forces the unfortunate reader to imagine themselves buried alive in a spider's nest and never discovered, so the dark '80s version must have been insane.
